1. The service
WashApp connects customers who want their vehicle washed with independent professional washers who work at the chosen address. Washers are not WashApp employees.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information (including a reachable phone number) and to keep your credentials confidential. One account per person.
3. Orders and pricing
The total price is shown before ordering, in shekels, according to the package chosen and the vehicle size. Size is determined automatically from the licence plate via the official vehicle registry; where the registry cannot determine it, the declared size is checked on site by the washer and corrected if needed. Your card is authorised at order time and charged at the end of the wash, via Stripe.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation until the washer sets off towards you. Once on the way, a 30 ₪ cancellation fee applies, as they have travelled. This fee does not apply if the washer has not arrived within 45 minutes of setting off.
5. Running of the wash
You warrant that you are entitled to have the stated vehicle washed and that you provide reasonable access (vehicle reachable, parking allowed). Please remove valuables: the washer documents the vehicle's condition with four photos before and four after.
6. Problems and disputes
Any problem must be reported within 24 hours through the app (Tracking or History → Report a problem). The before/after photos are the reference; depending on the case, a partial or full refund is issued.
7. Conduct
Mutual respect is required between customers and washers. Any fraudulent, abusive or dangerous use leads to account suspension. Knowingly declaring a smaller vehicle size than the real one is fraudulent use.
8. Liability
Proven damage caused by a washer during a mission must be reported within 24 hours and is handled by support. WashApp is not liable for delays or failures caused by external events (extreme weather, traffic, force majeure).
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in the app. WashApp may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
